What are you trying to do?
Some of our dependencies are becoming very outdated. We need to go through all our dependencies and update them. This includes updating our own forks and going over all sub-modules, FetchContent in CMake, vcpkg.

(Flutter dependencies to be dealt with separately)

(CI specific dependencies are covered by Renovate).
