In a microcloud deployment, its recommended practice to hold the relevant snaps. hotsos should flag this is the snap are not held. The snaps in question are

  • lxd
  • microcloud
  • microceph
  • microovn

Additionally, IMO having a plugin called --microcloud could be beneficial.

I filed these 2 other requests for microceph and microvn, #903 and #904
