Currently, Camfort tries to remove EQUIVALENCE from everywhere, including BLOCKDATA. In BLOCKDATA, every element must belong to a COMMON. So, if EQUIVALENCE denotes a connection of element to its common block, then a removal of such EQUIVALENCE is not valid.
