Broken API versioning wiki link in design guidelines

Problem description
In chapter5 of design guidelines, there is a reference to API versioning wiki link. This link is broken.

Expected behavior
Fix broken link.

Alternative solution
Do we want to refer to a document in release management repo or should we keep referring to the wiki?

In my view +1 to keep referring to the wiki (I guess this has been a consequence of wiki migration) and i think wiki audience is higher
