I wasn't able to get it running using Python 3.10

$ python main.py
...
FileNotFoundError: The pose configuration file for the exported model at /Users/xxx/Code/DogPoopDetector/exported-models/DLC_SecurityCamPooping_resnet_50_iteration-0_shuffle-1/pose_cfg.yaml was not found. Please check the path to the exported model directory

a dependency lock file (or simply requirements.txt) would be nice too
