[UI] Icon turns completely white in dark mode when 'Reduce' button is clicked

Issue Summary

In the dark mode theme of Cal.com, when I click on the 'Reduce' button while entering a meeting, the icon turns entirely white, which makes it hard to see and is inconsistent with other icons.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a meeting on Cal.com.
2. Click on the 'Reduce' icon in the meeting interface.
3. Observe that the icon turns entirely white when it becomes active.

Actual Results

• This is a bug because the icon turns completely white when clicked in dark mode, which creates poor contrast and makes it hard to distinguish. Icons should maintain visibility and contrast without losing clarity.
