add documentation for linking a command so it can be executed by name without calling Deno explicitly

It'd be nice if you could link a Cliffy command so that it's executable by name. Gluegun has this functionality, I believe based on the node bin-links package. Probably it could be done using "deno install", but in any case, it'd be great to have it documented.
