Remember resized column widths in desktop

@mas268ga It's the right place, I also noticed this as well. It happened when going from 2.27 to 2.28. Having a quick look the UI library was changed in 2.28, it looks like it went from a custom solution to the blueprint react library instead, so the bug likely came as a result from this PR #1344. Didn't look at the old library but it must have had code to remember width between execution whereas I don't seem to see any code do that using the new framework.
