Change engine/exhaust CgsID and collection key together

The CgsID and AttribSys collection ID are tied and must always be changed together. The need to change both can be eliminated by creating a map of valid CgsIDs/keys, then only allowing changes to the CgsID. This would also decrease the chance of inputting invalid CgsIDs as the user would be notified if they input an ID not present in the map.
