Hi! I don't have a windows machine so I can't test this out but I believe your versions are incompatible. Node and NPM are not the same thing.

npm ERR! node v6.6.0
npm ERR! npm v3.10.3

This looks like you're using Node v6.6.0 but NPM v3.10.3. They should both be updated. You can reinstall node and then use the command npm update. :)
