Filename Error through upload - Name of uploaded file is "resize.jpg?1347294396974" and not 1347294396974.jpg #2

Hello,

if i take a photo with the camera an upload the resized temp-file it's filename is for example "1347271280736.jpg" what is okay for me.

But if i upload and resize a before taken picture it's filename is for example "resize.jpg?1347294396974" what is not okay for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions how i can fix the bug in the second case.

Thanks! I have already searched with google serveral hours, but i haven't found a solution yet.
