GxAmplifier-X which has gray and inactive control of the Cabinet from the GUI. When switching to genericGUI (in Reaper) controls are visible and functional.
Same thing GxCabinet.

For example, GxAmplifier-Stereo-X works correctly.

Tested on Debian 12 and Ubuntu Studio.
In Ubuntu studio - plugins version 46 - preinstalled
W Debian - built from a source
