Linked axes/rotation

ImPlot3D should support linked axes and linked rotation, similar to ImPlot. This would allow users to synchronize zoom, pan, and rotation across multiple plots.

ImPlot3D::SetupAxisLinks(ImAxis3D_X, &link_min, &link_max);
ImPlot3D::SetupRotationLinks(&link_rot);

This would make it easier to compare datasets or maintain consistency across multiple views. Following ImPlot's existing API for linking would keep it consistent and intuitive.
