Additional controls for cooler

I have been building nodered automations around your plugin, finally I arrived at something that works quite well and would like to share with you and others who may be using this plugin.

Automations do the following:

• determine if the cooler needs to switch on based on preset temperature
• determine if the cooler needs to switch to fan_only based on humidity in the house and outside (and on the flip side if it needs to switch back to cooling)
• fan speed auto control based on average home temperature compared to a preset temperature

Hey friends! I've recently jumped on to help bremor with the maintenance of the integration moving forward.

Most of the open issues are 2+ years old and obviously the information on them is a bit stale.
Can you please provide any update on this issue, giving as much detail as possible?
