没有添加个环境变量之类的，指定一下下载链接， 能让国内用户也能下载。
本来我是打算使用我的腾讯轻量云 通过pip 的方式安装cnocr，通过把模型文件放到指定文件夹跳过下载这一步
但安装torch的时候可能是因为性能的原因导致被Kill，只能转为使用docker创建 使用api访问

但用docker创建的却出现网络问题，有没有解决方案！！！
