Editable Notification Template

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Receiving the notification of a created Certificate have only the name in the Text Body of the mail. It will be very nice to have the possibility to edit the template to add variables like Name, surname, birthdate, -> Mail Address <- in the notification or to freely inserting text in other languages

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to enter in the Plug in, where the settings of Simple Certificate are, and have a textfield containing the Template default text, where I can edit the content and adding Variables.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If it's not possible to edit the text in the Settings panel, thank it will be great to know in the filesystem where is the Configuration file of the notification mail, and edit it.
