Add a way to view all top-level hyphae

The list of all hyphae currently includes all top-level hyphae as well as all subhyphae, so if you have a lot of subhyphae it can be a long scroll and it kind of makes my eyes glaze over. It'd be cool to have a way to just view a list of all the top-level hyphae.

What do you think of collapsible sublists? Like in some file managers
