Breaking changes in Bolt 5.0

This is a list of breaking changes in Bolt 5.0, that we'll need to document when 5.0 is released:

The x-powered-by: Bolt header

The setting for this has changed from:

omit_powered_by_header: false

to:

headers:
    powered_by: true

People will need to update their public/index.php, .gitignore and bin/console files. If they don't, configuration in .env.local will not be used.
