Add support for Ubuntu 24.04 please

Hello. The installer does not support the latest LTS release of Ubuntu, despite this being available for over 4 months. Neither is it clear whether it would be safe to upgrade an Ubuntu system hosting a PDS to version 24.04. It would be great if there was a supported install and upgrade path for the latest Ubuntu release.

I can confirm after adding 24.04 to the supported list in the install script and configuring a new server that it works out of the box. There don't seem to be any incompatibility issues, so I assume it would be safe to upgrade.
