Based on this: https://github.com/digitalocean/sample-php, it should be possible to launch a DigitalOcean instance fairly easily. The only problem is ensuring a dev database and a Spaces bucket.

Needs:

  • Space
  • Configured environment variables

I don't know if the template allows that.

This can't work with the dev PostgreSQL database due to https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2569365
