Now, the API has added support for filtering Scilla contracts in the smart-contracts endpoint. Here is an example: https://zilliqa-prototestnet.blockscout.com/api/v2/smart-contracts?filter=scilla

In the UI, we need to extend the options list for the contract type filter selection. This option is relevant only for Zilliqa chains.
