A good C++ dev might well be able to debug this just with the information we have already from @Tryou#9388: It seems to be related to an unstable Internet connection. A C++ dev could probably analyze the code and determine how an unstable Internet connection could cause unwarranted banning of peers. If they can't determine it just by analyzing the code, they could create a stress test for the Blocknet core in which Internet connection is artificially made to be unstable.

Maybe config workaround like bantime=180 could help little bit.
