People selector should allow search

When adding a name to face to create a person, the popup person selector dialog does not support search. If you type in the name of an existing person and press the return key, then a second person will be created with the same name.

Typing a name should filter the list of displayed people, and the user should be able to easily select an existing user or create a new user with the same name.
