Unable to delete vault.bitwarden.com account until all devices are logged out

Steps To Reproduce

While logged into a vault.bitwarden.com account on Bitwarden mobile (iOS), perform the following steps in a web browser (I did this from a laptop):

1. Navigate to https://vault.bitwarden.com/#/recover-delete.
2. Enter the account address and submit.
3. Click through the "Delete your account" link in the verification email.
4. Click "Delete account" on https://vault.bitwarden.com/#/verify-recover-delete.

Expected Result

The account should be deleted.

Actual Result

I saw a 500 response after multiple attempts. It wasn't until I logged out of mobile that the delete attempt succeeded.
