xml cannot be imported

Hello.

xml cannot be imported in zabbix 3.4, error in line 819, starting from "not 3".
It must be replaced on "<>3". With xml < > escape it will be "<> 3".

Result must be like
{template-fujitsu-eternus:unit.status.last()} <> 3

Thanks for report, unfortunately I'm not supporting this anymore because I leaved the company with the hardware. I can transfer the repo if you like to be a maintainer.
