I am at the Australian Synchrotron MX beamlines, when unpacking some of our full h5 libraries from the Eiger 16M, a couple of frames end up with no data.

Writing the single frame works fine, but the empty frames while doing image analysis, would error checking slow the unpackaging?

Are you using the latest code here or a binary from the MOSFLM group?

Does this happen randomly or after a certain frame?

To some extent yes, but probably not much.

yes, the latest windows version.
EIGER HDF5 to CBF converter (version 160530)

I have been looking a multiple data collections with the same number of frames in the collection. It seems to be the same frame(s) across those similar collections. 3600 frames for a 360 degree sweep, it would be two frames come up empty (they don't seem to related).

But for a short sweep, may only have one frame.

j.
