New Browser Exentsion

Hi,

I've created a simple browser extenstion to send urls or text to ntfy from any browser that supports manifest V3. Currently the extension is listed on Firefox Add-ons. The listings for Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-ons is still pending and may take a few weeks to get approved. Please consider to add it as a community project.
