我连接上了我这边设备的一个WiFi（没有网络），去播放该设备下的视频资源，是通过http协议去播放的。
情景一：我打开了WiFi设置页面去手动点击了WiFi连接，这个时候，我加载170m大小的视频的速率是大大提升，大概是2-3秒之间。
情景二：我在app内通过Android的连接WiFi的方法，直连到设备的热点，该直连WiFi的方法是只能在app内通过该网络请求的，这个时候我播放同样大小的视频，我的加载速度就变缓慢了很多，变成了8秒左右。
我测试过，这两种连接WiFi方式对于视频的下载速度是一样的，我是否能够确定，这两种连接方式的一个速率是一样的，但是播放器对于一个WiFi连接WiFi进行了某些处理导致的吗？
