Currently with catch-up, attackspeeds get low enough to where FoW can proc and a second attack can happen within it's duration (~0.3s left or so). That second attack does not refresh or add to the duration of the FoW effect and after the remaining time, the effect runs out.
Sim should probably reflect that for the time being, even though Chrysto said they're "looking into it".
