Recommended specs for self hosted?

Hey peeps, just wanted to throw some ideas out there for improving the docs.

I couldn't find much indication in the docs on what sort of recommended server specs exist for using Expose.

Naturally this can fluctuate based on traffic and the app(s) Expose is serving, but was wondering if there's any "baseline" for e.g. 1 Laravel site of small capacity.
