Distributed rate limiter

Hi! In case one runs multiple instances of the app and want to enforce a global limit on one's user rate capacity one would need to update the local rate limit somehow.

Is that possible?

I also wonder if that is the point when one should start using a api gateway suite.

You need to keeping the track in memorydb I think
