I notice that the heroku app is out of sync with this repo... i just made an update and deployed using heroku, but it looks like there's one previous deploy commit from 2020-02-25 in heroku that's not here either.

how does that work? heroku keeps a git copy, but does it not sync with the github copy? did i set things up incorrectly?
