Instructions/script for encoding media and metadata without using Audio Orchestrator #15

A script to do this might turn a folder of numbered .WAV files into a stub sequence.json file (with a default behaviour for each object), and a set of encoded media files (using ffmpeg/ffprobe as done in Audio Orchestrator).
