Issue description

As you all know, since I upgraded the BIOS to the latest version of my computer, the network has been up and down
So most of the time, if I need to surf the Internet, I will plug in a phone and computer first, and then turn on RNDIS
Other times it's OK, but when I have nothing to do and want to complete some EmulationStation material...
There was an accident...
The status displayed in the network Settings is connected, but when you click to download content, themes and The Bezel Project, and even check for updates, you will be prompted with no network connection. However, it works in other places that require network items (except for the built-in flatpak-config which keeps running after opening, presumably due to the Internet connection in China).

Detailed reproduction steps

Connect your phone to the computer on which Batocera is installed
Open RNDIS
Choose a feature at random
It's perfectly reproduced on my side

Details of any attempts to fix this yourself

Repeatedly inserted and removed the USB cable between the phone and the computer
Result: Invalid

Details of any modifications you have made to Batocera.

Nothing's moving

Logs and data

none
