How to show text in VFD Customer Pole Display? #13

I was able to send information in the customer display but I'm not sure how to display the text that I want as I look into the code it is using hexStr.

  send(hexStr: string): Promise<null> {
    return UsbSerialportForAndroid.send(this.deviceId, hexStr);
  }

How can we achieve this output below?
