I uploaded 8266Programmer.ino...

This is bullshit:
if(Serial.available()){
while(Serial.available())
2)Arduino gets really hot

The 8266Programmer,ino sketch came 'as is' from a Cactus forum 2 years ago when I originally built this.
You're such a software genius why fork someone else's code and then complain - I'm sure you could write you're own transfer routine.
