Localization

After each enhancement and feature has been added, localization for a couple of languages should be implemented.
Preferably, Dutch and Bosnian.

At the implementation process, several statically defined strings referenced at Vue.js components need to be taken care of by providing them to a Vue component via attribute properties from a parent element defined in a blade file.
