Hi,

Version 11.8.2 of the open-balena-api is not available on the Docker Hub.
Seems like there's an issue with the workflows, as version 5.2.0 of the open-balena-db was also missing (see this issue).

Can this version be published or should I wait on a newer version which will probably be created on Docker?
