**Etcher version:*balena-etcher_1.19.21_amd64.deb *
**Operating system and architecture:Debian
**Image flashed:Kali Live
**What do you think should have happened:It should have flashed the image to the USB
**What happened:choose the image to flash, choose the device to flash to, click start and I get

the attached error
Do you see any meaningful error information in the DevTools?

Screen shot of dev tools has been attached as well. Seems to be an elevation of priviledges issue.

Also having this issue, on macOS.

It seems it has been a recurring issue since at least July.

Based on comments in issue #4274 it seems to be most likely a sudo/administration privilege issue.
