Example to show how to add external link icon to default Nuxt Content Docs theme. Created as a reply to this issue: nuxt/content#398

Install dependencies:

npm run install

npm run dev

This will create the dist/ directory for publishing to static hosting:

npm run generate

To preview the static generated app, run npm run start
