Remove GM Spells

Hey All Azeroth(core)-ians

I was messing around with some GM stuff on my main to make the Razergore fight simpler at level 60 and ran the ".learn all gm" command.
This has added all the GM spells to my character as intended, but would like to undo it.
Can anyone help me out with how to unlearn/remove the GM spells and the "Internal" tab to my spell book?

Got it at last, steps below for anyone else who might need it one day.

• Need to be set to account security level 3 on the impacted character
o .account set gmlevel [your account] 3 -1
• Run command to find the ID of the spell you need to remove - In this case it is 1 spell that will remove the lot called “Internal Knowledge”
o .lookup spell Internal
o Will return the SpellID 36356
• Run the unlearn command on the impacted character not the world console
o .unlearn 36356 all
o -This will remove all the spells, the skill, and the spell book tab completely
• Remove GM level access from the account
o .account set gmlevel [your account] 0 -1
