Docs missing advanced interceptor instructions #60

Describe the bug

The README.md from the main project contains instructions on interceptors that is not included here. For example the synchronous and runWhen options.

There are probably other missing parts. In general, I find the docs site pretty useless compared to the main README

To Reproduce

Compare the docs section on interceptors to the same section in the main README

Expected behavior

I expect the docs site to be as up-to-date as the README

It's not in my interests to do so. I'll just keep using the main project's README no matter how prominent the...
