Update node-request-retry to latest (still not available release)

The version of node-request dependency (<2.74.0) used by the current node-request-retry package is affected by the following security vulnerability:

There is a remote memory exposure vulnerability in the current version of `request`. This bumps that
version to the latest current as well as bumping the core packages patch version.

This ticket is to keep track of the update to be performed on node-request-retry when FGRibreau/node-request-retry#37 will be integrated and a new package will be released.
