Blank lyrics cause the karaoke window to popup for empty lyrics, and also cause the menubar to hide when
Two changes:

  1. If running Lyric Fever 2.1 for the first time: clean all downloaded lyrics and strip them of lyriclines that only consist of whitespace

  2. When downloading a new lyric (LRC / Spotify) strip it of all lyriclines that only consist of whitespace
