I have the same problem. I checked the version number of tag 1.1.0 and modified the version number in the autoware.repos file as follows: "f37769d806fcdec7344da14efe1c6d64f0d7c8db"to"4f5feff509b52d6de802c87b79e44636f8c88a25"
