We already have basic graphics quality settings in AWSIM Labs which uses URP. afaik URP doesn't support raytracing by default. Also I'm kinda reluctant to have two pipelines working together.
Having ray tracing could be useful for testing perception stuff. But it would require more hardware resources. Running Autoware and simulator in the same PC could be difficult.

i would like to discuss the use of URP and HDRP pipelines with AWSIM-Labs.

I would like to provide an HDRP and URP pipeline setup who enables choosing Quality settings for a wide range use cases.
Very low
Low
Medium
High
High Raytracing
Currently the AWSIM HDRP and the AWSIM Labs pipeline setup has no Quality setups.
The main advantage of HDRP is to allow Raytracing for simualtion purposes.

I could provide such a setup to make the use of booth RP possible and to enable to choose the quality settings on runtime.
