Overall project and architectual documentation

Looking at the german corona-warn app efforts and this set of documentations I'm wondering if you plan of releasing something similar for the austrian app/system. Looking at the documentation of the german system makes me more likely to use such an app compared to what is available for the austrian system.

@mitsuhiko I ping you as you're the only one with a commit here. Is such a documentation planned. IMHO without the app (and the totally unknown backend so far) will be unusable as it's not trustworthy.

To add to this also the Italian system is available fully (docs, apps, backend)

Sorry for not replying earlier. There is a big change undergoing to the overall system. I think we should be able to get something together once the changes landed. There will also be an update to the data privacy statement.
