Maybe there could be an added note mentioning that if an R16 (a psram with 16MB) version of the module is used, GPIO 48 and 47, those pins will be operating at 1.8V, due to VDD_SPI for the flash and RAM being 1.8V

I recently got bitten by this issue, so it may be helpful.
