Glee V1.0.0 planning

I am opening this issue to basically start the conversation and ultimately define what glee V1.0.0 would look like. Version one's goal is to get Glee production ready which will help us gain new users.

Features

• Updating Documentation - Proposal for having a tutorial document or separate guides for glee.  #431 selected for the mentorship program.
• Add required support for existing adapters
  • Authentication support for server and client - Authentication layer for glee, support for different authentication frameworks  #377 selected for GSoC 2023
  • Improve kafka adapter #411
• upgrade parser to version 3(next-major) #409
• Integrage Modelina to provide type safety for message payloads in functions #391
• Improve new glee command cli#683
• AsyncAPI spec v3 support in Glee #457 (Not confirmed up for debate)

Bug Fixes

• Generating docs failes if project is a git repository.  #461
• Show server url #475
  • we might have more bugs, we are testing and finding these out.
