[FEATURE] Increased support for AVRO logical types

Why do we need this improvement?

There is only a partial support of AVRO logical types.
For instance, UUID avro logical type is supported and passed through as an output in the JSON schema.
On the contrary Date avro logical type is not passed through as an output in the JSON schema.

How will this change help?

Better representation of avro schema. Especially when we render avro schema through html template it would provide a more accurate description of it.

How could it be implemented/designed?

Similarly to how UUID support was implemented, using the jsonSchema format tag.
